Malcolm Mills is a NYC actor known for playing villains, goofs, and losers in film & VR. He stars in the first 360-virtual-reality feature, Career Opportunities in Organized Crime (SXSW ’16), as a good-to-evil programmer. He can be seen on Netflix as Kate Flannery’s (The Office) comedic henchman in Tenured (Tribeca ’15); upcoming features include Virgin Forest, Serious Laundry, The Spine of Night, and Shelter for the Bloodstained Soul.
Raised in Maine and Los Angeles, he graduated NYU-Tisch with a BFA in drama, training with the Atlantic Acting School & the Stonestreet Film & TV studios. His favorite theatrical roles include Dracula in Ghost of Dracula (NYC Fringe), Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream (NYU-Atlantic), the psycho mother in Psycho Beach Party (Pipeline), and the Kevin Bacon role in his high-school’s production of Footloose. He also writes noise-pop music and horror-comedy plays; his work's been staged in NYC with such companies as Pipeline, Theater for the New City, Fresh Ground Pepper, and Insomnium.
